🔹 Responsibilities — Japanese/English Bilingual Customer Service Agent
- Provide customer service support for international moving services 🌍
- Communicate with clients via email and phone in both Japanese and English 📧📞
- Coordinate moving schedules and logistics with internal teams and external partners
- Serve as a liaison between customers, overseas agents, and operations staff 🤝
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth relocation experience for clients 🚚✨
- Perform administrative tasks related to moving operations (documentation, data entry, etc.) 🗃️

- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (both written and verbal) 📝🗣️
