About the Role

RAMs work closely with the retail team to bring the brand to life, embodying Arch Telecom's Core Values and delivering exceptional service. They play a vital part in creating a lively store atmosphere, educating customers, and supporting operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Customer Engagement: Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Product Demonstrations: Showcase the latest technology and provide personalized device and service solutions.
• Sales Support: Engage in side-by-side selling, suggesting accessories and IoT devices tailored to customer needs.
• Guidance & Education: Lead customers through purchasing decisions with thoughtful questions and expert advice.
• Operational Assistance: Support the Retail Store Manager with daily tasks and coaching.

Digital Tools & Training

• Learn to demonstrate network coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshooting methods.
• Complete comprehensive training on in-store systems, processes, and resources.

Building Relationships & teamwork

• Collaborate with colleagues across channels, including business and customer service teams.
• Own the customer experience together, resolving issues promptly.
• Identify and pass along small business leads for growth opportunities.
• Foster a supportive team environment with accountability and fun.
