We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. If you excel at managing operations, equipment, and safety protocols while ensuring top-quality standards, we want to hear from you!

🔧 Operations Management

• Supervise daily warehouse activities ensuring workflows, accuracy, and productivity are maintained using ERP/WMS systems and devices.
• Minimize product damages through careful oversight.
• Communicate effectively via verbal and written channels with internal departments, vendors, and carriers.
• Manage inventory control to keep stock accurate and organized.

🛠 Equipment Management

• Maintain equipment in optimal condition and monitor machine operation.
• Track bills and lease protocols for machinery and tools.
• Coordinate with operators regarding operational disruptions.
• Conduct pre/post inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.

🦺 Compliance & Safety Management

• Train and cross-train workers on safety and operational procedures.
• Enforce safety policies consistently across the warehouse.
• Investigate accidents using company guidelines, applying sound judgment, and documenting findings.

🎓 Education & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of warehouse experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 3 years of warehouse experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• OSHA 10-hour certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer skills
• Experience in Vendor Management and Negotiation
• Bilingual abilities in Korean & English or English & Spanish are a plus
• Strong management of complaints and excellent communication skills
• Project management experience in Operations is a plus
• Knowledge of Warehousing, Logistics, and Transportation beneficial

🕒 Working Hours & Compensation

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm (lunch break 11:30 am – 12:30 pm)

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually
