About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory control, and lead a team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual and possess at least 1 year of experience managing warehouse teams and overall warehouse activities. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Coordinate all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, staging, shipping, and organization
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance (OSHA standards)
• Coordinate material flow with operations, purchasing, and field teams
• Ensure vendor documentation compliance, including tracking and maintaining current Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Communicate effectively with bilingual team members and the executive team
• Identify operational efficiencies and suggest process improvements

Qualifications ✅

• 1+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
• Proven experience managing inventory, cycle counts, and warehouse operations
• Bilingual required (English/Spanish preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
