About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders, ensuring our customers have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. 😊

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with a focus on sanitation and orderliness
• Greet customers upon entrance and seat them appropriately
• Present menus and assist customers in selecting food and beverages
• Take and serve orders promptly and accurately
• Answer questions and recommend complementary products
• Collaborate with fellow servers, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle customer feedback professionally, addressing complaints with a positive attitude
• Process bills and accept payments efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Japanese restaurant serving or waitering is required
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards
• Patience and a customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills with a friendly demeanor
• Responsibility and trustworthiness
• Knowledge of Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), Japanese, Korean, or other languages is a plus but not mandatory
