As a volunteer, you will support our mission to promote personal independence and enhance social, physical, and emotional well-being for our participants. This is a low-stress position with the rewarding opportunity to improve lives and build your resume. 😊

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to participants and their families.
• Participate in and help set up fun activities and programs.
• Assist in coordinating lunch and snack times.
• Maintain a relaxing and welcoming environment.
• Show compassion and care while helping participants enjoy activities or receive assistance.
• Offer valuable input regarding participants' needs.
• Collaborate with team members who share your passion.
• Support staff with clerical tasks when needed.
• Choose your role: Pursue a more business-oriented or clinical path—great for resume building!

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience with activities programs (youth, senior, or community) preferred.
• Respect for patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Current California driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• This is a volunteer position; not paid.
• Fluent in Korean.
