The Crown Is Yours 👑
As a VIP Host, you'll build and nurture relationships with our most engaged players. You'll execute the day-to-day strategies of our industry-leading VIP engagement program, gaining a deep understanding of our players' needs. Your efforts will foster long-term loyalty, elevate customer experience, and influence how DraftKings communicates globally.
What You'll Do 🎯
- Create new revenue streams by developing strong, authentic, and trusted relationships with players.
- Manage all aspects of player relationships through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
- Stay informed about market trends, proactively offering new games, promotions, channels, and platforms.
- Gather feedback from players to improve our platform and identify new opportunities.
- Adhere to policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming standards.
What You'll Bring 🛠️
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Experience: At least 3 years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
- Language skills: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
- Work environment: Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial settings.
- Analytical skills: Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
- Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.

The base salary for this full-time role ranges from $68,000 to $85,000 USD, plus bonuses, equity, and benefits. Compensation is influenced by role, location, skills, and experience. Our recruiters will share specifics during your hiring process.
