Responsibilities 🤝

• Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the store
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for technicians
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
• Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials
• Assist technicians by preparing drinks for waiting clients
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report issues to managers

Skills & Qualifications 🎯

• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Fluent bilingual in Vietnamese and English is required

Schedule & Compensation ⏰

Work hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 2 to 3 days a week, with full-time and part-time options available.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
