The Role 🎯

We are seeking a bilingual Vietnamese/English team member to support both our front-of-house customer service and laundry operations. This dual role positions you as the communication bridge for our Vietnamese-speaking tailor while ensuring laundry processes run seamlessly.

Responsibilities 📝

• Translate and facilitate communication between our Vietnamese-speaking tailor and customers or staff
• Greet customers and assist with drop-off and pickup
• Sort, wash, fold, and package garments to Luxe standards
• Keep the floor organized and operations moving efficiently
• Represent the Luxe brand with professionalism at all times

Requirements ✅

• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service or laundry experience is a plus — not required, training will be provided

What We Offer 🎁

• $15 per hour
• A clean, professional working environment

Schedule 🕒

Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Pay & Location 💵📍

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
