We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage EPE-related import/export operations in Vietnam, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all logistics and regulatory processes.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in import/export, with a preference for EPE-related experience; strong knowledge of Vietnam customs policies and clearance procedures.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in office software and import/export systems; excellent English communication skills.
• Personal Attributes: Highly responsible, resilient under pressure, with outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
• Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with Vietnam’s EPE policies, Vietnamese language proficiency, and prior experience in multinational companies are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EPE-related import/export operations, including customs declarations, clearance procedures, and logistics arrangements, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese and international regulations.
• Process EPE-related documentation accurately and ensure compliance with all requirements.
• Liaise with Vietnam Customs authorities to facilitate smooth goods clearance, monitor policy updates, and adjust procedures accordingly.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and freight forwarders to track shipments and resolve transportation issues efficiently.
• Prepare and review import/export documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) to ensure completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure all import/export activities adhere to relevant regulations, conduct regular process reviews, identify potential risks, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and sales teams to provide necessary import/export data support and enhance operational efficiency.
