Overview

Position: Remote Customer Service Support Representative

Location: Remote (East Standard Time)

Applicants must reside in one of the following states: FL, CT, MD, GA, NC, NH, PA, SC

Work Hours & Schedule

• Projects Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST, and Saturday, 10am – 6pm EST
• Work Shifts: 11:30 am – 8 pm, 11 am – 7:30 pm, or 10:30 am – 7 pm

Compensation & Language Requirements

• Pay Rate: $17/hr. for Spanish (10 slots available)
• Pay Rate: $18/hr. for:
  • Russian (3 slots)
  • Mandarin (4 slots)
  • Cantonese (4 slots)
  • Hindi (1 slot)
  • Urdu (3 slots)
  • Punjabi (3 slots)
  • Bengali (5 slots)
  • Haitian Creole (6 slots)

Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak their designated language fluently.

Training & Skills

• Mandatory Training: 30 days (4 weeks) full-time, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST
• Skills Needed: Typing speed of 35 wpm and basic computer skills
• Assessment: Computer Literacy (70%)
