About Us 🏢

We’re building CrewVision, a dispatch and mapping platform tailored for companies managing snow removal and landscaping crews. Our mission is to empower growing field service businesses to operate like industry giants — without sacrificing high-margin, high-quality work.

Our product team is based in Toronto, with full-time developers in India. Design has traditionally been handled by agencies and part-time contributors — now, we're hiring our first in-house full-time designer to lead product design from start to finish.

What You’ll Own 🎨

This role involves comprehensive ownership of our product’s visual and user experience. You’ll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with product teams on wireframes, user needs, and problem framing
• Designing end-to-end UX: flow, screens, states (error, loading, empty, success)
• Handling mobile + web interfaces: modals, transitions, interactions
• Maintaining a clean, scalable Figma system (organized files, components, naming)
• Managing your design backlog and roadmap
• Collaborating with developers for precise and efficient handoffs
• Referencing and migrating legacy Adobe XD files during onboarding
• Identifying design gaps, UX friction, or inconsistencies—and proposing improvements proactively
• Leveraging modern tools and AI to enhance productivity and quality

Tools We Use 🛠️

• Figma (establishing our full design system)
• Adobe XD (legacy file reference)
• Slack, Zoom, Notion, Loom (for remote asynchronous collaboration)
• Bonus: experience with Framer, Webflow, or AI tools

Requirements ✅

• 3+ years in UI/UX or product design (or a strong portfolio)
• Demonstrated product work — not just visuals
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience working with remote development teams
• Ability to manage your own workflow, timelines, and scope
• Familiarity with Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Cloud for migration purposes
• Bonus: experience with dispatch, mapping, logistics, or scheduling tools

Remote Culture & Travel ✈️

• Working across time zones: Toronto and India
