📞 Contact Center Team Lead

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Contact Center Manager, the Team Lead will oversee daily call center operations, including:

  • Scheduling and onboarding new agents
  • Coaching and training staff
  • Ensuring quality assurance
  • Managing call volume ratios

The Team Lead will provide support for escalated calls and interact with physicians' offices to coordinate updates and changes. Additionally, they will be responsible for updating and maintaining operational procedure guides. The ideal candidate possesses expert knowledge of all contact center agent responsibilities and can step into the agent role when necessary.
