We are looking for an experienced translator with a strong background in life sciences or pharmaceuticals to ensure precise, compliant, and high-quality translations of scientific, clinical, and regulatory content.

📍 Location & Salary

• Location: Warren, New Jersey — 3 days on-site & 2 days remote
• Salary Range: $108,000 – $115,000

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Translate documents and content fluently between French and English, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Review and revise translations for consistency, grammar, tone, and adherence to style guides
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing/MSAT teams to uphold translation standards
• Perform proofreading and quality assurance on all translated materials
• Maintain and update glossaries, style guides, and translation memories
• Identify linguistic or content discrepancies and recommend improvements
• Meet tight deadlines by managing multiple translation projects efficiently

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields
• Certification from recognized translation associations (e.g., ATA, ITI)
• Experience with clinical and regulatory documentation
• Background in pharmacy, biology, or medicine
• Minimum 1 year experience in translation, localization, or proofreading
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes in content production
• Native or near-native proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Strong knowledge of medical and scientific terminology
• Excellent grammar, writing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of translation tools (e.g., SDL Trados, memoQ) is a plus
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines (e.g., EMA, FDA) is advantageous
