Our Mission

We aim to reach, disciple, and equip leaders within Arabic-speaking communities from countries such as Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, and Morocco. With over 160,000 Arabic speakers in Pennsylvania—and around 60,000 in Central PA—many belong to unreached people groups, creating a vital opportunity for meaningful ministry.

Who We Welcome

• Arabic and English-speaking teammates
• Individuals with knowledge of Middle Eastern culture (helpful but not required)
• Those with formal Bible training and exposure to missiological principles (preferred but not essential)

Ideal Skills and Qualities

• Media Skills: Ability to assist with websites, podcasts, and professional media broadcasts — an urgent need!
• Mature Christian: Passionate about loving God and people, maintaining spiritual disciplines despite challenges
• Evangelism & Discipleship: Desire to share the gospel and mentor individuals from diverse backgrounds towards spiritual growth
• Church Planting & Multiplication: Enthusiasm for implementing creative strategies to foster church growth
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills with a collaborative spirit
• Willing Learner: Open to developing church planting skills and serving within a diaspora community
• Outreach Skills: Experience in ESL, children and youth ministry, teaching, and holistic ministry to meet community needs and build relationships
• Spiritual Mentorship: Ability to engage contacts in meaningful conversations, share Scripture, and mentor towards spiritual maturity
• Church Planting: Actively involved in the growth of new churches in Central PA
• Community Service: Serve the local diaspora by addressing felt needs and fostering genuine relationships through Christ’s love
