Thai Sushi Crush is seeking an experienced Thai Chef to become a vital part of our expanding culinary team. If you are passionate about Thai cuisine, sushi, and boba tea, and eager to develop new skills in a modern casual setting, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes following our recipes and standards
• Operate wok station and manage Thai kitchen production during busy hours
• Prepare sauces, curries, noodles, fried rice, stir-fry dishes, and appetizers
• Maintain consistency, quality, speed, and presentation of all menu items
• Assist with kitchen prep, inventory management, and station organization
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Learn sushi roll preparation and assist with sushi operations as needed
• Collaborate with management and staff to enhance operations and customer experience

Qualifications

• Thai cooking experience is essential
• Experience with wok cooking and high-volume kitchens preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn sushi roll preparation and sushi kitchen operations
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Food Handler Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
