Are You the One We're Looking For? 🔍
- Experience: 5+ years in Test Management
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of QA and testing processes
- DevOps Skills: Experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab/GitHub for version control, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo
- Personal Qualities: Self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Communication Skills: Excellent at communication and organization
- Analytical Skills: Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Leadership: Experience in test team management
- Languages: Effective communication in German (C1) and English (B2)
Nice to Have Skills 👍
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification
- Experience with cloud solutions
Your Daily Tasks 🌅
- Defining test processes and documentation alongside project partners
- Identifying test objects
- Communicating daily with stakeholders
- Leading test teams and managing the testing process (planning, coordinating, executing) across organizations
- Reviewing and verifying test resource plans
- Checking detailed test schedules and aligning plans with the Project Manager
- Tracking preparation, execution status, and test progress using JIRA; handling critical issues and risk assessments
- Managing defects by balancing priority, criticality, resolution plans, and identifying workarounds for known issues
- Collaborating with test and integration teams to establish test environments, generate test cases, and create test data
