📝 Position Details

• Sales & Account Management: Obtain new sales, secure new business accounts, and provide service to existing accounts in your territory.
• Promotions & Education: Visit ABC Boards to promote products, educate customers on new and existing offerings.
• Bonuses & Incentives: Bonus structure available with competitive commission packages, paid mileage, and additional incentives.
• Customer Service: Investigate and resolve customer complaints following company policies.
• Self-Motivated & Trend-Aware: Stay updated on trends and local events to generate leads and new business.
• Networking & Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Travel & Flexibility: Must be willing to travel within North Carolina, including evenings and weekends for promotional activities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the restaurant, bar, and liquor industry preferred.
• Training & Development: Paid training provided for the right candidate.

🎓 Education & Experience

• Associates degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 1-2 years related experience in retail sales, marketing, or the restaurant industry preferred.

🗣️ Language & Skills

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Proficient in Windows Suite and professional email etiquette.

📝 Position Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Proven sales experience and self-motivated attitude.
• Professional appearance and strong people skills.
• Ability to pass background check and legal residence verification.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with the restaurant, bar, and liquor industry (preferred).

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Starting with a base salary of $18/hour during training, plus additional mileage reimbursement, commission from the start, and incentives. After training, earn between $50,000 to $100,000 annually, with an excellent commission and bonus structure for overachievers.
