Position Overview

The Temporary Human Resource Generalist will provide essential support within our HR department, working closely with leaders and team members to ensure smooth HR operations. This role is bilingual (English and Spanish) and expected to last approximately sixteen weeks.

Key Details

• Reporting To: HR Operations Supervisor
• Location: Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania (On-site daily, Monday through Friday)
• Work Hours: 8am - 5pm EST, Monday to Friday, with additional hours as needed ⏰
• Duration: Approximately 16 weeks

Core Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks 📄
• Provide clerical support regarding HR policies, processes, and activities
• Advise employees and leaders on employee relations matters
• Assist with employee documentation and ensure proper record-keeping in HR systems
• Help facilitate new employee onboarding and offboarding 👥
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
• Audit HR programs and recommend improvements 📝
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters
• Handle HR inquiries or escalate as needed
• Support HR training material preparation
• Assist with talent management initiatives
• Ensure timely project completion and goal achievement

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English 🗣️
• Proven success onboarding new hires following HR policies
• Experience in employee relations and HR administration
