In this Role, You Will:

  • 🔄 Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and introducing banking services
  • 🛡️ Complete operational activities with minimal risk, following policies and procedures
  • ⚙️ Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
  • 🎯 Follow guidance from managers and exercise judgment within established policies
  • 📈 Escalate questions and issues to more experienced team members as needed
  • ❤️ Interact with customers to build relationships, demonstrate care, and fulfill their financial needs
  • 💡 Identify additional services and information to enhance the customer experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 📅 At least 6 months of customer interaction experience, demonstrated through work, training, military, or education
  • 🗣️ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (speaking and listening)

Desired Qualifications:

  • 🤝 Over 6 months of experience interacting with people, across various settings
  • 🧾 Customer service background with handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • 📱 Ability to educate customers on digital banking solutions and mobile services
  • 🤝 Strong integrity and professionalism in interactions
  • 🤝 Experience working collaboratively to meet customer needs
  • 💵 Cash handling experience
  • 🔒 Ability to identify and prevent potential fraud or risky accounts
  • 🗂️ Organized, independent, and capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  • 🧠 Sound judgment, proactive communication with management, and adherence to policies
  • 🎖️ Military experience related to personnel benefits, orders, transitions, or HR functions
  • 🤝 Proficient relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues

Job Expectations:

  • 🗓️ Flexibility to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
  • 🚫 Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • 📝 Must pass a required language assessment

Compensation Range 💰

Base pay ranges from $24.00 - $31.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location. Incentives may also be available.
