  • Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.50 USD per hour

Job Responsibilities 🏦

  • Deliver legendary customer experiences by providing accurate banking transactions and education on TD's products and services
  • Perform deposits, withdrawals, and safe deposit payments efficiently
  • Manage cash transactions, verify currency, and reconcile cash drawers with precision
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Guide customers through lobby activities, welcome them warmly, and assist their needs
  • Educate customers on digital banking options tailored to their preferences
  • Conduct needs-based conversations, offering financial solutions or referrals to partners
  • Make sound decisions and resolve problems promptly, escalating complex issues
  • Ensure operational compliance with regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act
  • Verify identities following established policies and procedures
  • Balance ATMs and Teller Cash Dispensers/TCRs accurately
  • Adhere to safe deposit procedures and secure cash and confidential customer information at all times
  • Follow security measures, conduct audits, and utilize tools to prevent fraud
  • Complete all required training by set deadlines

Qualifications & Skills 🎓

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: 6 months of relevant experience or equivalent through volunteering, education, or military service
  • Availability to work during operating hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment

Physical & Travel Requirements 🚶‍♂️✈️

  • Physical Activity: Frequent sitting, standing, walking; occasional lifting, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting
  • Travel: Occasional domestic, no international travel expected
  • Work Environment: Mostly sedentary, with continuous multitasking and use of office equipment
