About This Role
We are seeking a Teller to join our Consumer Banking and Lending division within the National Branch Network. As a vital part of the local community, you'll help provide essential financial services for residents, employees, and businesses. Key Responsibilities
- 🧾 Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions and sharing digital solutions
- 🔐 Complete operational activities while minimizing risks according to policies
- ⚙️ Handle routine transactional, operational, and support tasks efficiently
- 🧑💼 Follow directions from managers and exercise judgment within established procedures
- 🚩 Escalate questions and issues to more experienced team members
- 🤝 Interact with customers to build relationships and fulfill financial needs
- 💡 Identify additional information and services to meet customer goals
Required Qualifications
- 🔹 6+ months of customer interaction experience or equivalent (work, training, military, education)
- 🔹 Bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English (speaking and listening)
Desired Qualifications
- 🔸 6+ months experience in customer interaction or handling complex transactions
- 🔸 Passion for customer service and experience with technology education
- 🔸 Professionalism and integrity when dealing with customers & team members
- 🔸 Cash handling and compliance knowledge
- 🔸 Ability to identify fraud and prevent loss
- 🔸 Well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- 🔸 Military experience related to personnel benefits, HR, or operations (a plus)
- 🔸 Skilled at building and maintaining customer and colleague relationships
Job Expectations & Details
- 🗓️ Willing to work a schedule including most Saturdays
- 🚫 Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- 📝 Must pass the required language assessment

Compensation & Benefits 💰
The base pay range for this role is $22.00 - $27.50 per hour, with potential incentives based on performance, skills, and location.
