Job Description

As a Telephone Interviewer, you will reach out to participants via computer-based surveys, gathering their opinions on a variety of topics including current events, healthcare, customer satisfaction, politics, media usage, and more. We're looking for articulate, pleasant, and outgoing individuals who are comfortable working independently from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls using VOIP software 📞
• Explain the purpose of the study, address questions, and provide clarifications 🤝
• Read scripted questions clearly and accurately
• Record responses precisely into the computer system
• Clarify vague or unclear answers for better data quality

This role does not involve sales or telemarketing and is not commission-based. We support you with paid training and flexible hours.

Important Details

• Residency Requirement: Must live in FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, NE, NM, OH, SC, or TX
• Starting Pay: $10.00 to $14.00 per hour 💰
• Pay increases depend on productivity and hours worked 📈
• Supervised environment with call monitoring for quality and training
• Previous experience is a plus, Spanish bilingual skills are a bonus 🌐
• Software provided for making calls from your computer or mobile phone at no cost to you
