📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Strategic Development: Develop and execute plans for business growth within select distribution channels in Lombardia, including channel strategies and pricing aligned with Product & Sales Management directives.
• Business Expansion: Proactively seek new opportunities with existing customers, optimizing and expanding product assortments to maximize sales.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals as planned.
• Sales Analysis: Review monthly sell-through reports, monitor trends, and adjust forecasts accordingly to meet sales objectives.
• Forecasting: Develop and submit accurate monthly sales forecasts, incorporating promotional plans and account strategies.
• Customer Support: Collaborate with credit/AR teams to resolve chargebacks and other customer-related issues.
• Project Management: Design and implement projects aligned with regional and business strategies, forming comprehensive work plans.
• Market Insights: Gain industry insights, identify valuable business opportunities, refine market strategies, and organize systematic market battles.
• Strategic Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and support staff.
• Product Demonstration & Training: Demonstrate Dahua products and provide basic training to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 8-10 years in Security Video Surveillance (mandatory).
• Independent & Team Player: Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Language Skills: Native Italian speaker, fluent in English communication.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to build long-term strategic relationships and identify key decision-makers.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.
