We are seeking passionate bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Portuguese to enhance our support team, providing exceptional customer service in a positive and engaging environment.
About the Role
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and handle complex client inquiries via email and chat channels.
- Manage and resolve assigned cases by delivering optimal support tailored to client needs.
- Investigate root causes by analyzing application logs and isolating issues.
- Contribute to our knowledge base by referencing technical documentation and creating content to fill knowledge gaps.
- Collaborate closely with business and engineering teams to ensure transparent communication and swift resolution of issues.
- Develop and analyze reports to monitor platform health and quality.
- Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service throughout the case journey and providing regular updates across touchpoints.
Your Experience & Skills 💼✨
- Experience in technical support, preferably in B2B environments.
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
- Proficiency in inspecting and diagnosing web applications and mobile apps (HTML/CSS).
- 2-5 years of technical support or operations experience.
- Extensive support experience via email, phone, and chat.
- Strong commitment and drive to deliver delightful customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently.
- Basic understanding of coding.
- Experience with data entry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude with empathy and high energy.
- Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing situations.

- Experience with SaaS products, GraphQL APIs, Single Sign-on, and SAML is a plus.
