You will be the main technical reference for our Italian operations, supporting the development and implementation of utility‑scale PV, BESS, and Agri‑PV projects from pre‑construction through to execution. This position provides strong growth potential, including the possibility to advance into a Technical Director role.

Key Responsibilities 🛠️

• ✔️ Act as the technical reference point for the Italian subsidiary across EPC and project‑related activities
• ✔️ Review and analyze EPC tender documentation, permitting files, and grid connection documentation
• ✔️ Coordinate and supervise post‑permitting and pre‑construction activities with developers, customers, and engineering partners
• ✔️ Supervise grid connection activities and subcontractors for MV/HV infrastructure, ensuring project alignment
• ✔️ Support the selection and coordination of subcontractors, engineering firms, and technical consultants
• ✔️ Oversee Site Managers during construction and support project execution activities
• ✔️ Contribute technical inputs for EPC offers, scope definitions, and Bills of Quantities to sales and technical teams
• ✔️ Ensure compliance with technical standards, permitting requirements, quality standards, and project specifications
• ✔️ Identify technical constraints, risks, and execution requirements during project phases
• ✔️ Conduct occasional site visits and inspections within Italy

Profile & Qualifications 🎓

• ✔️ Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Civil, or related fields)
• ✔️ Over 7 years of experience in renewable energy or EPC sectors in Italy
• ✔️ Deep expertise in utility‑scale PV and/or BESS projects, including engineering and construction
• ✔️ Solid understanding of Italian permitting processes and regulatory frameworks (AU, PAUR, PAS, VIA, etc.)
• ✔️ Strong knowledge of MV/HV infrastructure and grid connection procedures for renewables
• ✔️ Previous experience as Site Manager, Construction Manager, or similar role is advantageous
• ✔️ Ability to interpret complex technical, permitting, and grid connection documents
• ✔️ Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across multiple project interfaces
• ✔️ Proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and methodical work style
• ✔️ Fluency in English and Italian
• ✔️ Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• ✔️ Availability for remote work combined with short business trips within Italy
• ✔️ Open, professional, and trust-based collaboration with a focus on success and enjoyment
