Toyo Tire Holdings of Americas, Inc is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Japanese Technical Administrative Assistant to support our Tire Testing and Tire Development teams in White, Georgia. If you are organized, bilingual, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview

The Technical Administrative Assistant will assist with translation, interpretation, administrative tasks, and managing purchasing and ordering activities. This role reports directly to the head of the R&D department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 🚗

• Administrative Support: Provide daily assistance, including arranging travel for R&D personnel and visitors, scheduling meetings, greeting guests, handling incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and taking meeting notes.
• Record Management: Maintain both hard copy and electronic files and records.
• Office Supplies & Inventory: Manage office and testing room supplies and stock levels.
• Financial Monitoring: Help monitor and record department expenditures and disbursements.
• Support Tire Development & Testing Teams:
  • Manage third-party tire testing operations, including purchase orders, tire shipping, quotations, invoices, and budgets.
  • Assist in creating and translating technical documents such as tire specifications, testing procedures, and SOPs.
  • Provide interpretation services during meetings, discussions, and business activities involving international parties.
  • Maintain a comprehensive technical library of standards, specifications, and procedures.
• Support for Japanese Expatriates: Assist Japanese team members during their visits, stays, and work assignments in White, Georgia.
• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support departmental goals.
