Job Description
- Manage a team of service and sales representatives
- Provide overall direction and uphold the corporate vision
- Ensure effective and efficient operations
- Raise service standards to enhance the Customer experience
- Monitor calls and team activities
- Develop and assess Colleague performance
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Resolve escalated Customer issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
- 2+ years of related experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual)
- Ability to coach and mentor others
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Outstanding Customer service and computer skills
- Must be available to work flexible hours
