Job Description

  • Manage a team of service and sales representatives
  • Provide overall direction and uphold the corporate vision
  • Ensure effective and efficient operations
  • Raise service standards to enhance the Customer experience
  • Monitor calls and team activities
  • Develop and assess Colleague performance
  • Implement company policies and procedures
  • Resolve escalated Customer issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual)
  • Ability to coach and mentor others
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Outstanding Customer service and computer skills
  • Must be available to work flexible hours
