🔍 Job Overview

We are seeking a French & Dutch speaking Team Lead to inspire and oversee a team of BPO agents, ensuring operational excellence, high-quality service, and outstanding client satisfaction. If you thrive on coaching others and optimizing processes, this role is perfect for you!

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to meet or surpass KPIs such as generated revenue, conversion rate, sign ratio, and productivity.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct quality audits, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
• Plan and manage schedules to ensure sufficient coverage while minimizing shrinkage.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex issues, maintaining service excellence.
• Assist agents with basic IT issues and document more complex IT tickets.
• Provide real-time support and guidance during active operations.
• Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement process enhancements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on SLAs, expectations, and performance objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English, French, and Dutch (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2-4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Understanding of performance metrics, analytics, and workforce management.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, workforce management tools, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
