🎯 Role Responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts in Italian and/or English, incorporating multiple constraints and clear instructions to ensure natural phrasing and real-world relevance for Italian-speaking users.
• Develop high-quality prompt-answer pairs in Italian and English to train and evaluate advanced language models.
• Define evaluation standards and build comprehensive rubrics aligned with Italian linguistic nuances, tone, and cultural conventions.
• Test prompts through AI models and assess outputs for accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance in Italian, making comparisons with English when necessary.
• Collaborate in QA review processes to ensure consistency, rigor, and reliability across Italian-language benchmarks.
• Deliver structured, high-quality written work within specified project timelines.

📝 Requirements

• Native-level fluency in written Italian with strong reading and writing skills in English.
• Educational background: BS or BA from a reputable institution, completed or in progress.
• Strong writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
