  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement, production planning, and risk management to reduce costs and improve supply chain resilience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives and product launches.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and supplier quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, tissue product standards, and import/export regulations.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements utilizing ERP systems, data analytics, and supply chain best practices.

📝 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA or APICS/CPIM certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing industry.
