Job Profile Summary

1. Minimize sales opportunity loss and reduce costs by operating strategic supply forecasts based on market demand and lead times.
2. Enhance demand operations of sales subsidiaries by adhering to supply management rules and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
3. Improve SCM (Supply Chain Management) efficiency by planning mid- and long-term resource strategies through proactive demand discussions.

Job Responsibilities

• Market Demand Analysis: Analyze market trends affecting different segments and model groups, considering economic factors, marketing plans, and competitive launches.
• Supply Stability: Select and operate key materials within the system to ensure stable supply for mass production of new models.
• Demand Management: Collaborate with sales subsidiaries on demand quantities and provide strategic guidance for business decisions.
• Model Launch & EOP Management: Develop strategies for each lifecycle phase—introduction, growth, maturity, decline—from launch to End of Production.
• Optimal Inventory Operations: Create sales and supply plans to address inventory surpluses or shortages, maintaining optimal levels across markets and subsidiaries.
