About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and motivated IT Support Intern to join our Hackensack headquarters this summer. In this role, you will work alongside experienced IT professionals, gaining practical experience in help desk operations, equipment deployment, and end-user support in a fast-paced technology company environment. 🖥️

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and common desktop software
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Korean is a must
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent coursework
  • Previous IT volunteer or part-time experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with incoming help desk calls and manage the support ticket queue, ensuring timely and accurate logging of requests 💻
  • Support the deployment of new hardware, including workstations, laptops, and peripherals across the organization
  • Install software, patches, and updates on end-user workstations to maintain security and system performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, scanners, and copiers, escalating complex problems as needed
  • Assist in gathering and maintaining accurate equipment inventory records across all departments
