- Type: Seasonal, Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Dates: June 22, 2026 – August 14, 2026
- Training: Paid pre-camp training in mid to late June

Your Role: Summer Camp Counselor
As a Preschool Summer Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and enriching summer experience. Working alongside our Summer Camp Directors, you will help deliver a program that promotes learning, creativity, and growth. We are seeking dedicated, passionate individuals who enjoy working with young children and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is highly encouraged to enhance the immersive experience for our campers. 🌈

- Passion for Children: Genuine love for working with young children, supporting their needs with patience and empathy.
- Team-Oriented: Collaborative spirit, punctuality, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
- Cultural Awareness & Language Skills (Optional): Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus, enriching the camper experience.
Key Responsibilities 📝
- Supervision & Care: Ensure safety and well-being, assisting with routines like bathrooming, meals, and naps.
- Activity Leadership: Plan and lead indoor and outdoor activities that are fun, educational, and age-appropriate.
- Program Implementation: Execute daily schedules and foster a positive, engaging environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow counselors to promote an inclusive and organized atmosphere.
- Camp Operations: Assist with materials, supervise arrivals and departures, and support logistics.
- Training: Participate in paid pre-camp training to prepare for the role.

Requirements ✅
- Experience: At least 1 year working with children ages 2-6 in a group setting (classroom, camp, enrichment).
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Minimum Age: Camp counselors must be at least 18 years old.
- Language Skills (Optional): Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus!
