About the Job

We are actively seeking to grow our vibrant Channels sales team. Join a company that champions independence, flexibility, and personal development. In this role, you'll become a business management expert across various industries, working closely with our partner network to drive growth and innovation.

The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing partner relationships, enhancing sales processes, and exploring new revenue opportunities. Through demonstrations, project evaluations, and negotiations, you'll help partners integrate Odoo’s scalable suite of solutions into their offerings, unlocking new verticals for their businesses. 💼

Key Responsibilities

  • Train partners on effective Odoo sales strategies and implementation
  • Coach partners to improve sales performance
  • Encourage continuous learning and skill development among partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with partners to customize implementation packages
  • Negotiate software requirements and agreements
  • Implement cross-functional processes for operational efficiency
  • Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and customers
  • Identify opportunities for process automation
  • Work with executives to align customer needs and position Odoo as a competitive advantage
  • Contribute to customer-centric strategies

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Spanish fluency (professional or native/bilingual)
  • Passion for software products
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Background in SaaS companies
  • Availability to start immediately
  • Additional languages, such as French

The estimated annual compensation range is $70,000 - $90,000 OTE, with a base salary of $50,000 - $70,000. Actual salary may vary based on education, experience, and location.
