The STEM Program: Expanding Opportunities in Science & Health 🧬

Our STEM initiative is broadening its reach to engage more youth, families, and professionals in fields like science, technology, engineering, math, and health. Through education, mentorship, and community resources, we aim to inspire leadership, foster skills, and build confidence for a brighter future in health and STEM industries.

Position: STEM Associate (Part-Time) 📝

Based in Orlando, Florida, this 20-hour-per-week role supports the coordination and execution of Pathways to Science: A Role Model and Mentoring Program. The program enhances awareness of health and STEM career paths through role model sessions, immersive field trips, and mentorship experiences, inspiring youth and families to pursue these vital fields.

Key Responsibilities 🤝

Program Administration and Grant Support

• Provide administrative and logistical support for program deliverables, including scheduling, contracts, payment requests, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
• Maintain organized records using tools like Google Drive, Monday.com, Salesforce, and other digital platforms.
