Position Overview: Staffing Recruiter

As a Staffing Recruiter, you'll be pivotal in advertising, recruiting, screening, onboarding, and placement activities within the branch. Your role supports sales, branch operations, customer service, and business development, ensuring we meet and exceed client and associate expectations. Your independent judgment in hiring, counseling, and terminating associates directly influences our community impact and company success.

Essential Functions ⚙️

• Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to achieve 100% on-time order fulfillment.
• Interview applicants legally and efficiently, make hiring decisions, and offer job placements to qualified candidates.
• Administer pre-employment tests, ensuring accurate documentation and legal compliance.
• Conduct quality control calls to clients and associates to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships.
• Proactively market candidates through outbound sales calls; communicate order status and satisfaction to sales teams.
• Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates as needed, documenting all actions per SOPs.
• Ensure all service activities comply with company policies and government regulations.

Desired Skills & Experience 🌟

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual required).
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with a high sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Work Schedule 🗓️

Monday through Friday, 8-hour daytime shifts. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.
