What You'll Bring 📝

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and an active Maryland SLP (CCC) license
• Experience working in school-based environments with elementary, secondary, and preschool populations
• Willingness to supervise an SLPA as part of service delivery
• Ability to travel between community preschool and elementary locations as an itinerant provider (where applicable)
• Proficiency with House Bill 486 district fingerprinting and background checks
• Prepared to present licensure documentation during the credentialing process

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Conduct thorough evaluations and provide individualized speech/language services to a diverse caseload from preschoolers to middle schoolers
• Develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain clear communication with families and staff
• Supervise and support assigned SLPA services for secondary students (grades 6–8)
• Travel between assigned sites, managing engaging sessions across various age groups and educational environments
• Collect data, monitor student progress, and document intervention outcomes

Compensation & Benefits 💰
