This position is perfect for a seasoned Sous Chef currently working in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or resort setting, or an individual already functioning as a Specialist Chef within an international hospitality environment.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing established menu concepts and upholding exceptional culinary standards across the operation. This role is not focused on creative development but emphasizes consistency, execution, leadership, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every service. 🍽️

Key Responsibilities

• 🎯 Execute established menu items to the highest standards
• 👨‍🍳 Lead and manage kitchen teams during service
• 🔍 Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality across all dishes
• 🤝 Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth daily operations
• 🎓 Train, mentor, and support junior culinary team members
• 🧼 Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• 📝 Assist with ordering, prep management, and operational controls

The Ideal Candidate

• 🔑 Currently operating at Sous Chef level or has experience as a Specialist Chef in a luxury hotel or resort
• 🇫🇷 Strong background in authentic French cuisine
• 💼 Hands-on leadership style with motivational ability
• 🔎 Exceptional attention to detail and high personal standards
• 🌟 Calmness under pressure with excellent communication skills
• 🏨 Experience in luxury hospitality preferred
• 🌍 International experience is an asset
