Training Schedule 🗓️
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST) for the first 5 weeks of employment.
Post-Training Work Schedule ⏰
After completing training, shifts will be assigned. Candidates must have full availability and be able to work any of the following shifts (all PST):
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Overnight shifts may be added as needed
Compensation 💵
Hourly Rate: $20 / $21 (CA & NY)
Key Responsibilities & Duties 🎯
- Explain plan procedures, benefits, services: Communicate clearly with members to inform and assist.
- Facilitate member requests: Handle provider changes, transportation, and other assistance requests.
- Document interactions: Record call details accurately, including caller info, reason, and actions taken.
- Address complaints: Respond to grievances following company policies.
- Manage member requests: Resolve disenrollment, cancellations, and follow up on concerns.
- Support outreach programs: Contribute to member engagement initiatives.
- Maintain excellent customer service: Foster positive relationships with members and teams.
- Perform additional duties: As assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements ✅
Language Skills 🗣️
- Bilingual Spanish (Read, Speak & Write) required
Experience 📋
- Minimum two (2) years in customer service/telemarketing
- One (1) year medical front office experience
- One (1) year direct sales or related experience, preferably in Medi-Cal, Commercial, or Medicare Managed Care
Education 🎓
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Associate Degree
Specialized Skills ⭐
- Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Commercial, and Medicare plans
- Effective communication: reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Mathematical proficiency with basic operations
- Reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Work Environment & Physical Requirements 🏢
The work environment involves typical office settings, with accommodations available for disabilities. The physical demands include:
- Regular sitting, handling, talking, and hearing
- Frequent walking, standing, reaching
- Occasional climbing, stooping, or lifting up to 20 pounds
- Required vision capabilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception

Compensation & Additional Details 💰
Pay Range: $41,600.00 - $57,600.00
