We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a reputable third-party Financial Services company in a work-from-home setting!
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding auto leases and loans to address insurance inefficiencies, such as cancellations, missed payments, missing documents, etc.
- Communicate on behalf of insurance providers like Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, and others to gather necessary information.
- Assist customers in resolving insurance issues to ensure all requirements are met.
- Conduct all calls in an informative capacity—this is not sales or collections.
- Make approximately 14 calls per hour, engaging in 100% phone-based communication.
- Verify insurance details with agents (e.g., checking deduction accuracy).
- Upload collected information into the company's internal website.
- Leave scripted messages for insurance agents when they do not answer, following client-approved scripts.
📅 Main Position Details
- Start Date: March 9
- Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Training Schedule: First 3 weeks, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST, including classroom training, shadowing, and call handling with supervision.
- Work Schedule: Choose from:
- Tuesday - Saturday, 10:30am - 7:00pm CST
- Location: 100% remote
- Contract Duration: 3 months, with potential transition to permanent employment
🎯 Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Type at least 30 WPM
- Comfortable being on the phone all day

This is a contract-to-hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
The hourly pay is set at $16.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and length of employment. Benefits may include:
