Russell Tobin Is Hiring A Spanish Bilingual Content Specialist

Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Content Specialist for our global healthcare client, working remotely anywhere in the United States.

Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Content SpecialistPay: $25.00/hr. to $28.00/hr. (Based on experience)Schedule: Monday-Friday, DaysLocation: REMOTE ( Candidate must reside in the USA for consideration)Contract Duration: 6 months, possible extension

Responsibilities:• Work in a cross-functional and fast-paced team to manage the translation/reproduction processes of sales, marketing, and member benefits-related documents into multiple languages and alternative formats• Coordinate various translation projects simultaneously for various internal teams, independently and with minimal supervision• Review translated materials, editing, proofreading, implementing glossary update and flagging appropriate Linguistic, Compliance, or Formatting related defects• Follow an Agile workflow to assist in Unit Testing for Automated documents• Provide support in performing Quality Review assignments, along with internal inspection audits following department procedures• Coordinate with Team Linguists and Vendors to provide the most appropriate, consistent, clear translations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish
• Prior experience using a designated Glossary and Style Guide
• 1+ year(s) of User Acceptance or application Testing
• MS Office proficient
• High school diploma or GED
