Position: Software Engineer II

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer II fluent in Mandarin and English to join our US-based team. In this role, you will develop and integrate backend systems connecting global brands and their digital shelf with Spreetail's fulfillment and delivery network—powering orders, inventory, and logistics data across regions.

How You'll Achieve Success 🚀

• Build & Integrate: Develop scalable backend APIs and partner system integrations using C#/.NET.
• Optimize Systems: Enhance performance, reliability, and scalability for fulfillment and logistics applications.
• Collaborate Globally: Work with teams in the U.S. and China, aligning requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Own Delivery: Translate product needs into technical designs, write clean, testable code, and ensure system reliability in production.
• Leverage AI: Use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatGPT to boost productivity and documentation efforts.

Qualifications & Experience 🎯

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of experience in C#/.NET backend development.
• Strong knowledge of API design, PostgreSQL, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactive and collaborative approach, capable of working across time zones.

Hours & Support

This role primarily operates during standard business hours. You may occasionally provide off-hours technical support for our Mandarin-speaking brand partners in Asia, mainly involving API integration assistance.
