Job Overview

We are seeking a fluent speaker in Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese to manage and optimize our social media presence across various platforms, fostering customer engagement and content management in the Southeast Asian market.

Responsibilities

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Indonesian, Vietnamese, or Thai (required)
• Content Localization: Convert Chinese/English short video content into the native languages of Southeast Asia.
• Video Content Production: Create and produce engaging video content.
• Social Media Publishing: Post and manage content on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc., to attract and engage customers.
• Customer Maintenance: Manage customer interactions via WhatsApp, Line, and other social software, providing timely responses to user inquiries.
• Additional Skills (Bonus): Experience in customer retention or content output within the B2B sector is a plus.
