About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing Content: Monitor videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles to ensure they comply with community guidelines.
• Content Scoring: Assess content for factors like age appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
• Policy Enforcement: Apply the client's content policies consistently to uphold a safe online space.
• Collaboration & Wellness: Engage in wellness activities, fitness challenges, and team-building exercises. We prioritize your well-being with on-site wellness programs and coaching sessions. 🧘‍♂️🤝
• Handling Sensitive Material: Be prepared for content that may be disturbing, including hate speech, child exploitation, or graphic violence. Wellness support is available to help you manage the impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Documents: EU nationality or Greek work permit (no visa sponsorship required).
• Language Skills: Fluency in Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2); ability to read, write, and speak both languages proficiently.
• Technical Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and cultural awareness.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
