Role Overview
This role focuses on our white-label offering, partnering with B2B partners to ensure they have access to data and services to leverage Agoda’s technological products and enhance the customer experience.
Our Senior Product Managers define strategies for Agoda’s various products, including the website, mobile applications, email marketing, and advanced internal tools such as algorithmic PPC bidding systems and pricing software. They drive innovation to stay ahead in a dynamic and competitive industry.
Senior Product Managers create and maintain product roadmaps and communicate with stakeholders—including business heads, marketing teams, developers, and senior management—to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
They see both the big picture and the intricate details, understanding broad business needs, competitive trends, and technical developments, while mastering product design, functionality, and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop white-label products from conceptualization to launch 🚀
- Collaborate closely with white-label partners to integrate Agoda’s technology on their platforms 🔗
- Analyze market conditions and conduct competitive and technological landscape assessments 🔍
- Set strategic direction aligning customer needs with business objectives 🎯
- Translate strategic goals into actionable operational tasks 📝
- Manage agile teams to ensure a consistent, branded experience across all products 🎨
- Define KPIs and evaluate project success 📊
- Design navigational flow and user experience for websites and apps 🧭
- Assess risks and tradeoffs associated with each action plan ⚠️
- Engage with users to ensure projects meet business needs and expectations 🤝
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics) 🎓
- 3+ years of product management experience 💼
- Strong communication & presentation skills in English and Japanese 🗣️
- Proficiency in leveraging analytics and quantitative methods for decision-making 📈
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments 🚀
- Background in B2B2C, B2B, or B2C products 🛍️
- Passion for web design, functionality, and testing 🎨🧪
- Innovative mindset to develop processes and technologies 🤖
- Motivational leadership to inspire development teams 💪
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels 🔄
- Entrepreneurial and analytical approach to managing change 🔧
- Familiarity with the latest internet trends and technologies 🌐
- MBA or advanced degrees in relevant fields preferred 🎓
