Role Overview
This role focuses on our white-label offering, working with B2B partners to enhance their platforms with Agoda’s technology and data, providing better experiences for shared customers.
Our Senior Product Managers (SPMs) define strategies for various Agoda products, including:
- The website
- Mobile applications and mobile website
- Email marketing campaigns
- Advanced internal tools such as algorithmic PPC bidding systems and pricing software
SPMs drive innovation, develop product roadmaps, and communicate effectively with stakeholders (business leaders, marketing, developers, and senior management) to ensure our products excel and meet customer needs. 🛠️
What You'll Do
- Lead white-label products from conception through launch
- Partner closely with white-label clients to embed Agoda’s technology into their platforms
- Analyze market conditions, competitors, and technological trends to identify opportunities
- Define strategic directions aligning customer needs and business objectives
- Translate strategies into actionable operational tasks
- Manage an agile team to ensure consistent branding across all products
- Set KPIs and evaluate project success
- Design intuitive navigation flows and user experiences on various platforms
- Assess risks and trade-offs for various projects
- Work with users to ensure projects meet business goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics)
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese
- Proven ability to utilize analytics to inform decision-making
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Background in B2B2C, B2B, or B2C products
- Passion for web design, functionality, and testing
- Innovative mindset with a drive to develop new processes and solutions
- Strong leadership skills to motivate development teams
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Entrepreneurial thinking with adaptability to change
- Up-to-date with current internet trends and technologies
- MBA or advanced degrees in Math, CS, or Statistics preferred
