German Speaking Senior Meetings & Events Manager

Join Perk's expanding Meetings & Events team as a Senior MICE ( Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) Specialist, delivering exceptional programs for our corporate clients across regions.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, client-focused professional to manage end-to-end coordination of conferences, meetings, incentive programs, group travels, and corporate events. This role works closely with Sales and Account Management teams to showcase Perk Events' capabilities and build strong client relationships across multiple regions and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of MICE events, from initial RFP to supplier negotiations, contracts, and logistics planning.
• Client Collaboration: Support discovery conversations, introduce Perk’s offerings, and proactively identify opportunities for client engagement growth.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with planning, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and event quality.
• Commercial Impact: Play a vital role in driving the team's business results.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 4-6 years in MICE sales, ideally within a travel management company or corporate travel agency, handling complex multi-stakeholder programmes independently.
• Language Skills: Strong written and spoken German skills are essential for working with German-speaking clients.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality corporate or agency events, with a solid commercial awareness, organization under pressure, and excellent client relationship management.
• Proactivity & Attention to Detail: Adept at identifying issues early, proposing solutions, and thinking ahead to enhance programmes.
• Customer Focus: Passionate about creating outstanding client experiences that promote loyalty and satisfaction.
