Job Description
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
🔹 Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with operations team leaders to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand identity and business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as menus, signage, and promotional materials.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering positive brand interactions.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Plan and execute local store marketing (LSM) initiatives and promotional events to increase customer traffic and engagement.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure promotional activities are effectively implemented at the unit level.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and key metrics for review by operations leaders.
- Monitor and track marketing expenditures to ensure alignment with budget goals.
- Provide guidance and support to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior marketing staff to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and finance, to align marketing strategies.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
🎯 Essential Functions
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail and brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and marketing tools.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Bilingual in Mandarin preferred.
- Ability to travel to new openings and restaurant locations as needed.
- Ability to work primarily on-site at the headquarters in Flushing, NY.
🎓 Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Previous supervisory experience is required.
