Responsibilities 🚀

• Mentorship: Coach and train branch team members on products and services.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with bankers to meet with their clients and introduce them to additional products and services.
• Marketing & Outreach: Partner with your team to enhance customer experience through targeted marketing efforts including direct mail, media ads, cross-selling campaigns, relocation programs, statements, electronic newsletters, lead sourcing, and more.
• Partnership Development: Foster strong relationships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within designated territories and navigate formal and informal reporting lines.
• Expertise & Relationship Building: Establish yourself as a mortgage expert, maintaining good client relationships and offering tailored financial recommendations based on thorough analysis and understanding of customer needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills 🎯

• Minimum of three years’ mortgage lending experience with proven sales success in retail banking.
• Understanding of local real estate markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills 🌟

• Experience in FHA/VA sales.
• Strong marketing, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Windows-based PC applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or real estate.

Licensing & Regulatory Requirements ✔️

This role complies with the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualifications for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent upon:

• Review of criminal history, credit report, and NMLS records.
• Demonstrating financial responsibility, good character, and fitness.
• Compliance with the SAFE Act via NMLS registration, including initial registration and annual renewals.
